Package 1

Loan + Visa for ten persons + 30% upon booking
If the buyer purchases a two-bedroom unit, he/she will receive residence visa for two families each comprising of 5 members (e.g. husband + wife + up to 3 children under the age of 18). To qualify for this package the buyer should pay 30% of the total price of the unit at the time of signing the agreement. The buyer is eligible to receive a 15-year loan, with an interest rate of 9%, no documents needed.

Package 2
One bedroom units
Loan + Visa for five persons + 30% upon booking
If the buyer purchases a one-bedroom unit, he/she will receive residence visas for one family comprising of 5 members (e.g. husband + wife + up to 3 children under the age of 18). To be eligible for receiving this package the buyer should pay 30% of the total price of the unit at the time of signing the agreement. This package is eligible to receive a 15-year loan, no documents needed, with an interest rate of 9%.

Package 3
Studio units
Loan + Visa for one person + 30% upon booking
If the buyer purchases a studio unit, he/she will receive residence visa for one person. To be eligible for receiving this package the buyer should pay 30% of the total price of the unit at the time of signing the agreement. This package is eligible to receive a 15-year loan, no documents needed, with an interest rate of 9%.

Payment Plan:
5% on booking
3% every month for 25 months
20% on completion

Package 5
All Units
819 AED/sq.ft. + No Loan + No Visa
If the full price of the unit is paid in cash at the time of signing the agreement, a special rate of 619 AED/sq.ft. will apply.

Package 6
All Units
With Visa but without loan
If the buyer needs a residence visa but no loan, he/she has to pay AED 35,000 + 4% of the total price of the unit upon booking. This AED 35,000 will be deducted from the final instalment upon completion of the project.
Payment Plan:
AED 5,000 upon booking
4% every month for 20 months
